Returns and Refunds

We hope you’ll be thrilled with your purchase, but should you genuinely feel disappointed with your item(s), you can return them in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund. The one exception is earrings, which cannot be returned because of hygiene reasons, but we're sure you'll understand the need for that. Returns postage will be refunded only if the item is damaged or faulty, or if the wrong item has been sent.
